Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY:

All entries must be received no later than March 31, 2024.

Only one entry is allowed per boat registration. Multiple entries will be deleted.

The boat must be properly registered according to Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

American Land & Leisure is not responsible for incomplete or lost entries.

STORAGE SPACE:

There is no consideration to any preferred storage space at all, even if you had a storage space previously.

Storage spaces will be allocated through a fair and impartial process using a random number generator, ensuring that previous occupancy of spaces is inconsequential.

Total value of the space is $500.00 for the season to be paid by the winner no later than May 1, 2024.

The winner will receive a boat storage space from May 13, 2024 thru September 30, 2024.

Only the selected winning boat that is properly registered may be stored during these dates; no other boats or items are permitted for storage.

WINNER SELECTION:

The winner and corresponding storage space will be determined by a computer random generator drawing from all eligible entries to be held within three days of the end of the applicable drawing period.

All decisions are final and binding.

The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

American Land & Leisure will attempt to notify the winner by telephone and email.

If the winner is ineligible, chooses to forfeit the opportunity for boat storage, cannot be notified, or fails to timely return the completed and executed storage contract and full payment, the storage site will be forfeited, in which case an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified as set forth above.

CONDITIONS:

By entering the lottery you agree to be bound by these official rules and American Land & Leisure’s decisions, which are final.
