McClintic Point, Blowing Springs and loop 1 in Bolar Mountain Campground are often open into the first week of December; weather permitting. Bolar Flat Marina provides year-round access to Lake Moomaw.

McClintic Point has 23 campsites, all with picnic tables and fire rings. Drinking water is available through October and the campground has vault toilets and garbage service.
