Tony Grove - between Logan and Bear Lake, Utah - Virtual Tour
/Tony Grove Campground
Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest \ Logan Ranger District
Tony Grove day use area is cozied up to this small mountain lake. It is not uncommon to see a moose swimming or grazing on underwater plants in the lake. Hiking trails lead to the Mount Naomi Wilderness Area, including the White Pine Lake Trail, and a self-guided nature trail circles the lake. Campers and picnickers enjoy canoeing and fishing from the shore.
The campground sits on a hill, overlooking the lake, about 1/4 mile away. At 8100 feet elevation, this campground generally has a short season. Typical opening is early to mid-July and can close as early as just after Labor Day. If weather (snow level and temps) permit, it may be open earlier and stay open later into fall.
21 of the 33 campsites may be reserved up to 6 months, and at least 4 days, in advance of your arrival. Reserve your site early; especially for holidays and weekends: Recreation.gov
