Pogie Point Campground is located in a pleasant stand of trees on the shore of Lake Pillsbury, Mendocino National Forest's largest lake. Although the campsites don't offer views of the lake, there is plenty of opportunity to swim, fish and boat in its waters. The 44 sites at Pogie Point are best suited for tent camping. Vault toilets, drinking water, picnic tables and fire grills are provided. Pogie Point Campground is generally open from late April through Labor Day.
